Hi, I’m Adele Bould, a qualified integrative counsellor and founder of Lighthouse Counselling Ltd.

I provide one-to-one counselling for adults from a calm, welcoming space at Willow House in Hilton, Derby. My approach is grounded in compassion, warmth, and deep respect for your lived experience. I offer a safe and non-judgemental place to pause, reflect, and gently explore whatever is going on for you.

I work with people facing a range of challenges, including grief and bereavement, anxiety, relationship issues, low self-esteem, life transitions, and emotional overwhelm. Whether you're feeling stuck, lost, or simply in need of support, I’ll walk alongside you as you reconnect with your own inner strength, clarity, and sense of self.

My specialist interest is in pre- and post-bereavement counselling, including anticipatory grief and support for those adjusting to loss. In addition to my private practice, I also work in hospice care, which continually deepens my understanding of the many ways grief shapes our lives.
