Hello, I’m Nicola Scanlan, a passionate holistic therapist with over 17 years of experience in reflexology, massage therapy, and Reiki. My journey into the world of complementary therapies began in childhood after overcoming a serious illness. During that challenging time, I experienced the powerful healing effects of massage and Reiki, which left a lasting impression on me and led me to where I am today.

I specialise in treating the whole person—emotionally, physically, and energetically. With a deep belief in personalised care, every treatment I offer is tailored to meet your unique needs, whether you're seeking relaxation, pain relief, or support with specific health challenges.

My practice is rooted in professionalism, yet my approach is compassionate, intuitive, and deeply personal. I understand the challenges that stress and lifestyle pressures can place on the body, and I am passionate about helping you find peace, relaxation, and healing.

I work with you as an individual, offering a safe space to reconnect with your body, reduce stress, and address your unique needs. Whether you’re dealing with muscular tension, sleep issues, or hormonal health concerns, my goal is to support your physical and emotional wellbeing through holistic treatments that are tailored to you.

I work with both men and women, aged 13 and upwards, offering treatments for:

• Stress relief and relaxation

• Musculoskeletal tension and pain

• Sleep issues

• Hormonal imbalances, particularly for women (including menopause support)

• Neurodiverse clients, offering reflexology for relaxation and wellbeing

• Massage Therapy:

  • Hot Stone – 60min £60, 90min £75

  • Warm Bamboo – 60min £60, 90min £75

  • Lomi Lomi – 60min £60, 90min £75

  • Swedish – 60min £60, 90min £75

  • Back, Neck & Shoulder Massage – 30min £35

• Reset & Restore Treatment – 2 hours £110
  This deeply restorative experience combines 60 minutes of holistic body massage with 60 minutes of reflexology, helping to ease muscular tension, rebalance energy, and stimulate natural healing.

Packages & Ongoing Training

I also offer tailored packages for ongoing care, such as:

• Reflexology courses for hormonal health, particularly menopause support.

• Ongoing training in maternity reflexology, set to complete in 2026.

As a member of the Association of Reflexologists (AoR), I adhere to a strict code of ethics to ensure the highest standards of care. I am also fully insured and qualified in First Aid, with continuous professional development to expand my knowledge and skills.
