Hello, I’m Kerry Benson, a Psychotherapeutic Counsellor offering integrative therapy that adapts to your individual needs and pace. I believe that therapy should never be one-size-fits-all. Every person’s story is unique, and I tailor each session to support you in the way that feels right for you, whether that means exploring past experiences or finding ways to manage life’s challenges right now.

I hold a Professional Diploma in Counselling Practice and completed my clinical placement with Women’s Aid, supporting female survivors of domestic violence and abuse. This experience helped me develop a trauma-informed, compassionate approach, where I focus on helping people rebuild their confidence, self-esteem, and sense of identity.

As an integrative therapist, I draw from approaches including CBT and psychodynamic theory to create a safe, person-centred space for reflection and growth. My sessions are designed to help you recognise your strengths, celebrate your progress, and reconnect with the best version of yourself.

I work with clients experiencing:

• Trauma and abuse recovery

💰 Session Fee: £45 for a 50-minute session
💫 Block Booking: 5 sessions for £200
