About Liz
Liz is a qualified therapeutic counsellor based in Derby and a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP). She offers a warm, supportive, and non-judgemental space where you can feel safe, heard, and understood.

With experience supporting both young people and adults, Liz has worked within a sexual assault and rape charity, as well as in schools and colleges. This has shaped her trauma-informed approach, allowing her to support clients with sensitivity and care.

Liz works at your pace, helping you explore your thoughts and feelings in a way that feels right for you. Her approach is honest, accepting, and focused on building trust, creating a safe environment where meaningful change can happen.
