Hello, I’m Zack, a UK Clinical Pharmacist and Independent Prescriber with a strong focus on preventative health and long term wellbeing. I hold a Master’s degree in Pharmacy and a Postgraduate Diploma in Independent Prescribing, and I qualified in 2018 after graduating from De Montfort University in Leicester. I have over five years of experience working as a Clinical Pharmacist within an NHS GP practice, supporting adults with complex and long term health conditions.

I run a pharmacist led clinic at The Old Surgery in Derby, offering personalised medical support for people who want to understand their health better and take action before problems become more serious. My approach is always preventative rather than reactive, helping you protect your health for the long term.

Appointments, Packages, and Pricing

• £35 for a 30 minute session for focused reviews
• £70 for a 60 minute session for a deeper health review

For clients who prefer ongoing, structured support, I also offer health packages. These are designed to support areas such as weight management, blood pressure, diabetes, kidney health, and menopause care. Packages include a built in saving compared with booking individual appointments and provide continuity of care over time.
