I am Zack Sayub, a UK Clinical Pharmacist and Independent Prescriber offering pharmacist led health consultations at The Old Surgery, Derby. My work focuses on preventative care, personalised treatment planning, and helping adults take control of their long term health with clear, evidence based guidance.

Each consultation is designed to give you the time and clarity needed to understand your health, review your results, and agree a practical plan. I support clients with medical weight management, menopause and hormone health, diabetes and blood pressure reviews, and medication optimisation. My approach is proactive rather than reactive, helping to reduce future health risks and improve quality of life.
