A passionate CBT & EMDR Therapist with a personal understanding of the challenges many people face, including birth trauma and PCOS. As a mother, my experiences have deeply influenced my approach to therapy, allowing me to offer a compassionate, informed perspective. I’m committed to creating a safe and supportive space where you feel heard, understood, and empowered.

I hold a BSc in Mental Health Nursing and a PGDip in Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapy from the University of Derby. I am also trained in EMDR, Compassion Focused Therapy (CFT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). With over 15 years of experience in both NHS and private healthcare settings, I’ve had the privilege of helping people through various mental health challenges, including trauma, anxiety, low self-esteem, depression, and reproductive health issues.
