I’m Natalie Lamont, founder of Heal Oasis and Derbyshire’s only qualified Ayurvedic practitioner. My journey into holistic healing began with a deeply personal story — witnessing my mother’s extraordinary recovery through natural methods. Later, I spent 12 years living in a Buddhist retreat centre, teaching meditation and deepening my understanding of how the mind and body connect. Ayurveda became the perfect path to bring this wisdom into practical, healing support for others.
